Wow what a surprise....NOT. Just recently I looked at some of my old favorite blogs and the people who run them haven't updated them in at least 6 months and hey I gotta be honest here I am not surprised. The blogs haven't been half-way decent for over 2 years.

With all the publicity surrounding Michael Richards remarks at a Comedy Club on November 17th directed at 2 African American hecklers. Richards dropped the N word as well as some other profanities when two black men started to heckle him. Of course this has caused out rage among te black community. While I don't condone these remarks I do believe that this proves a double standard seen too often in our soceity. For example a black comedian heckled by two white men and the comedian can go on a rampage droppinbg words like Honkey,cracker as well as other deragatory terms for white people and chances are noone would critacize the black comedian. Richards did tyr to find the gentleman to apologize but could not find them even apologised on Rev, Jesse Jackson's radio show.

R.I.P. X-Flight 2001-2006. www.geaugalaketoday.com and local papers have confirmed that Cedar Fair is dismateling the ride and moving . it to an undisclosed park. Rumors of PKI getting the ride are growing and growing since speculatiuon of the ride's removal have been swirling for months. This was one of my favorite rides at the park however I must admit whenever I rode it I felt unsafe but I sitll enjoyed it. There is no other coaster like it on the eastern seaboard. X-FLight was the second Vekoma Flyer ever built in the world. In a weird way as awesome as this ride was it still somehow felt out of place in this park. Be that as it may I am starting to lose faith in Cedar Fair in accordance to their plans for this park. Only time will tell weather or not this is a bad business move for the park or not.

Update time. First of all school gets busier and busier by the day. I got elected president of the International Association at school as well as Vice President of the College Republicans. Classes are time consuming too and my radio show is going good. I am just waiting to see what the rest of the semester holds.
