Moving Day from Hell a short story by me. It started on a warm, sunny Sunday morning I had spent all day Saturday loading my U-Haul with the stuff and had merrily started on my way to Geauga Lake so I could pick up the key to the new house. The day seemed normal enough but when I arrived at Geauga Lake things went from semi-normal to "why am I doing this?" The reverse on the truck had gone bye-bye and to make matters worse the truck was stuck in an aisle to which there was no way to get out of. After about an hour and a half it was decided that the truck would be pushed until it could have the room to maneuver. Congratulations just throw it into drive and move right on to Akron right? Wrong before you can say "What the...?" the gear shaft was shot and could not shift into a higher gear. A tow truck was called and 3 hours later it decided to show up. About a half an hour later we were on our way when in a small town the truck got pulled over and an hour or so later we finally got back on the road. Eventually we arrived at the house but by that time the tow truck broke down and they had to call a tow truck for the tow truck and the U-Haul. So the moral of the story here is: When you need a tow truck for a tow truck for a U-haul, you know you're having a bad day.
